For this project on the western edge of downtown Los Angeles, we renovated an unused 12th-floor space once occupied by a law firm. We updated fixtures and finishes for nine private offices, a conference room, kitchen and reception area. We also created an open office space for ICO’s departments, including accounts, acquisitions, and asset and construction management.
