We renovated this mid-century apartment building, a five-story, 25-unit structure in Beverly Hills. We reconfigured kitchens and added new finishes and fixtures to all units. Additional improvements included a façade renovation with bold new paint colors and the restoration of original balconies. In addition to new landscaping at the building’s base, we designed a new rooftop garden with great city views.
